During the past academic year and at our last conference, many members have expressed a resurgence of in-person and hybrid academic support services at their institutions. Join us this year as we camp out (but with AC in modern housing suites) and center our focus on the post-covid student experience. This emerging experience brings new student expectations for learning centers, especially in the areas of convenience, customer service, and service offerings.
