Position Descriptions:
1. Love the FCLCA Annual Conference? Here’s your chance to lead it—and begin a 3-year role in leading FCLCA.
If you are passionate about professional development and building community in Florida’s learning centers, consider nominating yourself for FCLCA Vice-President! This three-year progressive role is a journey that culminates in the Presidency of our association.
Your Path to Impact:
· Year 1 (VP): Chair the PD Committee, coordinate the annual conference, and support the President.
· Year 2 (President): Act as the principal leader of FCLCA, manage statewide business, and build relationships with partner organizations like ICLCA.
· Year 3 (Immediate Past President): Advise the Board, coordinate elections, and mentor new board members.
It’s a powerful opportunity to network, innovate, and leave a lasting legacy for FCLCA.
2. Help us grow the FCLCA voice!
This year, we’re looking for a creative and organized nominee for the Marketing & Publications Officer position on the FCLCA Executive Board.
What you’ll do:
· Lead our outreach and digital publication strategy.
· Chair a dedicated committee of peers.
· Support the FCLCA Annual Conference through creative promotion.

FCLCA is looking for its next Treasurer! If you enjoy managing resources and have a knack for managing budgets, this is the perfect leadership opportunity for you!
What’s involved?
· Oversee financial management and ensure fiscal integrity.
· Collaborate with the Board to develop the annual budget.
· Prepare and present financial statements to our membership.
· Manage dues, conference revenue, and essential tax/legal filings.
