  • $350—registration + membership + meals

    • $50—membership

    • $200—conference registration (About $67 per day per person)

    • $100—meals

      • $60 for all five meals per person ($12 per meal per person)

      • $35 for Happy Hour per person

      • $5 incurred costs and cleaning fees

  • $300—housing + parking ($100 per night per person)

    • $150—room ($50 per night)

    • $150—linens ($50 per night)

​Student Staff Cost Breakdown: 

  • $250—registration + membership + meals

    • $25—membership

    • $125—conference registration (About $42 per day per person)

      • Reduced to $25 conference registration for student staff not utilizing conference housing

    • $100—meals

      • $60 for all five meals per person ($12 per meal per person)

      • $35 for Happy Hour per person

      • $5 incurred costs and cleaning fees

  • $300—housing + parking ($100 per night per person)

    • $150—room ($50 per night)
